At Timber & Tumble (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality products and professional playroom design and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our work and products, the following refund policy applies:
1. Online Product Purchases

All product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If a product is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
2. Custom Design & Installation Services

Custom playroom designs, installations, and lead-generated services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Deposits or advance payments made to secure design or installation services may be partially refundable at our discretion if the project has not yet begun.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Consultations & Lead-Generation Services

Fees for consultations, quotes, or advice sessions are non-refundable, as these services require time and expertise.

Free initial consultations or lead-gen interactions via social media or Google ads are exempt from this policy.
4. Digital Products & Downloads

Any digital products, plans, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. How to Request a Refund
