At Timber & Tumble (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality products and professional playroom design and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our work and products, the following refund policy applies:

1. Online Product Purchases
  • All product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If a product is defective or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

2. Custom Design & Installation Services
  • Custom playroom designs, installations, and lead-generated services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Deposits or advance payments made to secure design or installation services may be partially refundable at our discretion if the project has not yet begun.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Consultations & Lead-Generation Services
  • Fees for consultations, quotes, or advice sessions are non-refundable, as these services require time and expertise.

  • Free initial consultations or lead-gen interactions via social media or Google ads are exempt from this policy.

4. Digital Products & Downloads
  • Any digital products, plans, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible items:

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions & Discretion
  • Timber & Tumble reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety or installation guidelines.

  • This policy does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
